As one of The Warriors, one of Santeria's defining initiations, Ogun is of enormous importance, for the Warriors are thought to be the Orisha that protect and guard the home against physical as well as spiritual dangers. As one of the four Warrior Orisha, Ogun is worshipped by ALL who practice Santeria. Along with Eleggua, Oshosi, and Osun, Ogun receives almost constant attention.
