Shipping method
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground.
Processing time
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before your package ships. Processing time is separate from transit time.
Shipping insurance
All shipments are insured through UPS.

We package every order with care using cushioning and protective materials to help ensure:

Proper protection for items in transit
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress.
Lost, missing, or stolen packages
After an order is marked Delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, including packages left at a residence or other delivery location by the mail carrier.
If your package is lost in transit or missing, you must file a claim directly with UPS.
Claims with UPS
Because shipping is insured through UPS, all claims for lost packages must be filed with UPS.
The customer is responsible for submitting any carrier claim.
Please keep your tracking number and any relevant delivery details available when filing.

Out of Stock Items
If an item is currently unavailable we are usually ordering more. Please visit the site periodically to see if an item is back in stock.
Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate when an item will be back in stock, but if you have any questions please contact us.
If you happen to purchase a product that is out of stock, we will contact you and arrange for a refund or in some cases we may offer an alternative item that is similar.
